CPAX – VALIDATION OF AN ASSESSMENT TOOL FOR ICU PATIENTS
This research project aims to translate, culturally adapt and validate the CPAx (Chelsea Critical Care Physical Assessment Tool) for use in Ukrainian rehabilitation intensive care units. The CPAx is an internationally recognised tool for assessing the physical function of critically ill patients.
The Health Sciences Research Foundation oversees the research process, the translation and cultural adaptation of the instrument, its clinical validation and the preparation of the research findings.
Goal: To promote the implementation of evidence-based approaches to rehabilitation in intensive care in Ukraine.
