Global Evidence Summit: an important event for the health research community
The Global Evidence Summit 2024, held in early September, was aimed at sharing knowledge and collaborating on evidence, social care and education. The Summit participants discussed ways to maximise the value of research, increase transparency and reduce waste in the research environment.
The main thematic areas of the Summit covered such important aspects as:
- Implementing the Sustainable Development Goals through evidence-based approaches, educational strategies and technological innovations;
- Supporting open science and making research accessible to all;
- Improving the quality of research review, taking into account the current challenges of publication processes;
